Supporting someone can be tricky or challenging at times. Your way of approaching any situation can depend on your relationship with this person.

If you are coping well, keep that up. Make sure you’re prioritising your own mental wellbeing too.

If you’ve been struggling with getting help either for yourself or the other person, it’s important to get the support you need.
